Can I upload documents / folders to a document set?

Yes, SLIM Companion Explorer allows users to upload documents / folders into a document set.

In the dialog window to map the source and target Content types select the target Content Type "Document Set".

Note: the content type "Document Set" will only be listed when it is available in the selected library.
