Can I use "Mail as Attachment" on macOS?

Yes, this option can be used to generated an email with one or more documents attached. However, popular mail clients on macOS like Outlook and Mail do not show the To and Subject as editable fields.
Use the "Forward" option in your mail client to make these fields editable before sending the email.
