Yes, select one or more items (documents, folders, document sets, document libraries or sites) and click the “Mail Link(s)” button in the “Content view”. This will open a new email with the selected item names plus links.
The default email format is msg. This can be changed to eml in the section "Settings" under "Email settings" by individual users.
