Yes, LL Navigator supports all authentication mechanisms supported by Livelink / Content Server such as NTLM, Kerberos and Livelink authentication.
Note: LL Navigator also caters for long running requests on Content Server 10.0 + 10.5 by automatically refreshing the secure token.
