Incorrect icon in Livelink / Content Server upon uploading

Uploaded files may not always get the proper icon in Livelink / Content Server when the mime type of the source document cannot be determined. This only affects the icon, the actual file contents is transferred properly.

This does not affect common file types such as Office files, email files etc..
